1. Description of Service
ExtravaGantt is a web-based project management and Gantt chart software that allows users to create, manage, and collaborate on project timelines and tasks.
2. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
3.1 Billing
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select.
3.2 Payment Processing
Our payment processing is handled by LemonSqueezy, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing to the Service, you agree to LemonSqueezy's terms of service. LemonSqueezy acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
3.3 Automatic Renewal
Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your account settings or by contacting us.
3.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify our Subscription fees at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees.
3.5 Refunds
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the Service, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase and we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund if appropriate.
4. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period for new users. At the end of the free trial, your account will automatically convert to a paid Subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Collect or harvest any information from other users without consent
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Resell, duplicate, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ExtravaGantt and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7.1 Ownership

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting it. We do not endorse any User Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein.

9. Service Availability

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by canceling your Subscription and discontinuing use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ExtravaGantt, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Any content obtained from the Service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
12. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location, or that any defects or errors will be corrected.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
